We offer a large selection of American made nylon flat web lifting slings including eye & eye, endless, return eye, and wide lift type slings. Our nylon flat web slings are available in widths from 1" - 24" wide and numerous lengths to suit your specific lift application. All of our flat web lifting slings are handmade in the USA from premium grade nylon webbing to ensure durability as well as reliability. The safe working load limits on all of our nylon flat web slings are computed with a 5:1 design safety factor.
How to Order
Due to the many types and size variations of our nylon flat web slings slings, we currently require all orders for nylon slings to be placed directly with us via phone or email. If you need to place an order for slings, please contact us directly. This way we are better able to serve you and ensure you receive the correct sling for your application. Please note: Lifting slings cannot be returned once they have been shipped for safety reasons. Regardless of condition, new or used, returns for lifting slings will not be accepted.
Proof Testing
We offer ASTME4 proof testing and computer generated E4 test certificates upon request on all nylon flat web slings for customers who require certified proof tested slings. If you require proof testing, please contact us directly to arrange this with one of our helpful product specialists. Please note: Proof testing certificates will require an additional fee depending on the number of slings, and size of slings being certified.
Nylon Flat Web Sling Styles
There are two main types of flat web slings:
Eye & Eye Type Configuration
Endless Type Configuration
Our eye & eye type slings come standard with a tapered and twisted eye design unless specified otherwise. Other available eye types include flat tapered eyes, flat un-tapered eyes, or twisted un-tapered eyes. Eye and eye type slings can be used in vertical, basket, or choked style hitches. We offer eye and eye type slings in widths ranging from 1" – 12" wide and in ply thicknesses of 1 ply, 2 ply, 3 ply, or 4 ply.
We also offer “wide lift” type eye & eye web slings. Wide lift type web slings are available in widths 6" – 24" and can be used in vertical and basket type hitches only. We offer wide lift type slings in 1 ply or 2 ply configurations.
Endless type flat web slings are extremely versatile and can be used for vertical, choked, and basket type hitch lifts. Just like our polyester endless round slings, endless flat web slings can be moved so that the areas where contact is made with the sling and load can be adjusted for less wear on the sling itself.
Every nylon flat web sling we offer is made in the USA to the strictest quality control standards possible and include the required safety tags and lift ratings on every sling so users can easily identify safety ratings.
How are Flat Web Slings Measured?
First off, there are two main types of flat web slings: eye & eye and endless type slings. Both are measured the same way. The length is the distance end to end of the sling at each tip when the sling is laid flat. Please understand that the length is not the circumference of the sling, it is the end to end measurement. Always refer to the safety ratings and safety tags as well for referencing sling identification.
